Step 1: Choose suitable Wireless Calling Server (Wireless Paging Server)
- Multiple calling servers can work together without mutual interference;
- Generally calling button can be divided into groups and each group has a calling server. Each calling server only responds service call within group and will not be interfered by other service call outside group.
- For most calling servers (including desktop server, hanging server, wrist server), the number of calling server you need purchase is that of the groups you divided your calling button;
- Only paging server is different with other server because a paging server can support at most 200 groups (or 200 pagers). It can send different groups' calling to different pagers without any interference or confusion;
- For large restaurants (or other business places) with multiple floors, we recommend that each floor is equipped with a paging server.

Step 2: Choose suitable Wireless Calling Buttons (Wireless Paging Buttons)
- We have the following wireless calling button for you to choice, and you can select according to the actual need or individual favorite.
- Some table buttons and menu buttons have multiple keys, one of which is cancel key while the others are function keys. You can define function of the keys as "food", "water", "service", "bill" or any other functions by yourself. If customers have different needs, s/he just need to press the corresponding key.
- Take restaurant as an example, every private room and table need to be placed with calling button, so the number of calling button should be equal to the number of private rooms plus tables. In addition, we suggest you buy an extra 20% calling button as backup which can be used to replace lost or artificial damaged buttons.
- For Example, a restaurant has five private rooms and 15 scattered tables, the number of needed calling button is (5 + 15) x120 % = 24.

- You can customize label for all Table Buttons and Menu Buttons .
- You can print key function on the label. It is convenient for customer to use and can reduce the possibility of pressing the wrong button.
- You can also print your logo on the label to promote your brand and improve the image of your company.
- We can print any foreign languages on the label. The picture and word printed on the label will be waterproof and not fade, ensuring long-term use.
- At most four colors can be used on the label.
- Only one-time plate-making fee need to be paid for each kind of calling button.
- The printing and installation of the label is free!
- If each kind of calling button you purchased is more than 50 at one time, plate-making is free! That is, customized label is complete free for you!
- Note: Calling button with different numbers of keys is regarded as different kind buttons. Any label design changes (picture, letters, etc …) of same kind of buttons is also regarded as different kind because it need make new plate for any change of picture, word and key number.
