Waiter Call System for Hall - System Components
The system is composed of waiter call server, waiter call button and waiter call controller.Waiter Call Server for Hall (WCSH2)
There is clock function. When there is no calling, it will show the time. When the calling comes in, it will immediately show it. There are 4 digits in the screen. You can set calling number as 2 digits. In this case, one screen can display two groups of calling numbers. The system is used with calling button with 2 keys which has cancel button. When waiters see the calling number, he will go to serve that table and press the cancel button on the table at first. Then the calling number will be deleted from the display screen. The next calling button will step forward. And the waiter will see another calling. This server is "call service first, be served first". You might be worried about just displaying two groups of calling numbers is not enough, please take it easy. The server has memory chipset which can store 15 calling numbers in it. In this case, all calling will be served one by one without missing. 
Waiter Call Server Controller (WCSC)
You can use this controller to set the waiter call button and do the settings for the whole system. At first, since this system is decoded by the register method, you can use the controller to set calling number for each button. second, the system has nine power settings for a wonderful system. You can adjust time, adjust alert volume, select your favorite alert tone, the duration for displaying the calling number and etc.

The time duration is from 5 seconds to 90 seconds. In this case, the screen will display the calling number one by one without missing. Multiple waiter call buttons to One waiter call server All calling buttons signals will be received by one server.
One waiter call button to Multiple waiter call servers One button signal will be received by two or more servers.
Multiple waiter call buttons to Multiple waiter call servers Two or more servers can be used at the same time without conflict. You can set server for each floor and calling buttons in different floor will be sent to its corresponding server.
Waiter Call System for Hall (II) - How does the system work
When there is no calling, it will show the time clock.
When you press the first service calling button (we suppose the calling number is 01), the server will show the calling number immediately.
The system supports three ways to delete the calling number. Set the system automatically deleting the calling number from 5 to 90 seconds.
->If you set the system as "automatically delete the calling number in 5 seconds",then when you press the second service button IN 5 seconds(we suppose the second calling number is 02), the server will show the second calling number after the calling number 01 immediately. 
when you press the second serivce button AFTER 5 seconds, the calling number 01 has been automatically deleted and the server will just show the second calling number 02 on the screen.
If there are three callings coming in 5 seconds, the system will arrange them in order. We suppose the first calling is number 01, the second calling is number 02, the third calling is number 03. The screen will display number 01 and number 02, and store the calling number 03 into memory. after 5 seconds, the first calling number 01 will be deleted from the system, and the number 02 and number 03 will show on the screen.
With using the system in this way, the waiters will not miss any calling request at rash time. the time for deleting the calling numbers can be set according to your business. If you have many waiters and the service request is frequency, you can set 5 seconds or 10 seconds. If you have only a few waiters and the service request is less, you can set 10 seconds or 20 seconds for automatically deleting the calling numbers.
Use the system with the wireless menu calling button with 2 keys, which has "Cancel" button for deleting the calling number from the table.

When waiters see the calling number, he will go to serve that table and press the cancel button on the table at first. Then the calling number will be deleted from the display screen. The next calling button will step forward. And the waiter will see another calling. This setting is most suitable for the business, which has only a few waiters and the service requests are many. You need your waiter to serve them one by one.
You can use the controller to check (page up/page down) or delete the calling number manually.
When your customer press button for service, the system will store them one by one. It can store 15 calling numbers in the memory. It will always keep the earliest calling number first and store the new calling number into the memory. It will be "call first, show first, serve first". Then the number displaying on the screen is just the table which didn't offer service and need to be served first. In this case, waiter just need to check which number on the screen and go to serve that table and delete the calling number befor service.
