Waiter Call System for Hall (I) - Function Overview
The waiter call system for hall is mostly applicable for the hall-style sites which have a large amount of area, such as the restaurant halls, casinos and so on. The way of quick receiving and displaying is adopted, and four calling numbers can be displayed simultaneously. The first calling signal will be deleted automatically when receiving the fifth calling signal. Any manual operating is unnecessary here. Therefore, it is suitable for the clients who have a large amount of calling and the high frequent service. Since the highly sensitive receiver is stationed in the host, the covering area of the signal is large. In addition,the high-brightness LED is introduced by the display window of the host., the maximal displaying area of the individual window is 17cmx12cm and the visual distance indoor is 30 to 40 meters. Therefore, the LED waiter call system can perform well in the halls with an area of 1000 to 1500 square meters.

The system is composed of waiter call server and waiter call buttons
Waiter Call Server for Hall (WCSH1)
Wireless Call Server is for receiving the calling signal from the waiter call button and show the calling number on the screen. It can be hang on the wall or place at the reception where can be seen by both customers and waiters. It has four display windows. It can show four calling numbers in one screen. Once there is a new calling, it will show it in the first window and place the previous calling number in the second window. The waiter call server for hall will arrange the calling numbers one by one according to the calling order.
Waiter Call Button for Table 1 (WCTB1)
The waiter call button is for customer to call service. It can be placed at the table or placed on the menu stand. If your customers call the service, he will press the waiter call button, then calling signal will be sent to the server. Your customer and waiter will see the calling number on the screen.

The menu stand is for holding the waiter call button. You can insert advertisement in the menu stand.

Multiple waiter call buttons to One waiter call server All waiter call button signals will be received by one waiter call server.
One waiter call button to Multiple waiter call servers One button signal will be received by two or more servers.
Multiple waiter call buttons to Multiple waiter call servers Two or more servers can be used at the same time without conflict. You can set server for each floor and waiter call buttons in different floor will be sent to its corresponding server.
Waiter Call System for Hall (I) - How does the system work
When you press the first waiter call button, we suppose its calling number is 01, the calling number will show in the first window and make tone alert.
When you press the second waiter call button, we suppose its calling number is 02, the calling number will show in the first window and place previous calling number in the second window.
When you press the third waiter call button and the fourth waiter call button, the system will arrange them one by one. It will show as below.
when you press the fifth waiter call button, the first calling number will be automatically deleted.
So this system is very fit for this kind of bussiness. It has a big hall placing about 20 tables which are served by about 4 or 5 waiters. When customer press the button for service, customer and waiter will see the calling number showing on the screen. Then waiter will go to serve that customer.
