Restaurant Paging System - Function Overview

The calling messages of the guests are received and displayed by the screens of Restaurant Paging System, which are usually stationed at bar counters or service desks. This kind of products is more suitable for the serving sites which give priority to the halls, while not available for those tanglesome sites which have multiple floors or balconies . The calling number will show on the Restaurant Pager, it is applicable for medium and small hall-style serving sites, such as teahouses, coffee houses, chess and card rooms, restaurants, elevators in the building sites, product lines, break halls, hospitals and so on...
Function Overview

When your customer need service->Press the Restaurant Paging Button on the table-> Waiter get the table number from Pager->

one customer is not served in time-> Reception send the table number to the waiter-> The waiter go to serve that customer soon.

Restaurant Paging System - System Components

Restaurant Paging System is composed of Restaurant Paging Server, Restaurant Pager, Restaurant Paging Server and Restaurant Paging Buttons.

Restaurant Paging Server(RPS)

Restaurant Paging Server is for transmitting the signals between Restaurant Paging Button and Restaurant Pager. It can be placed at anywhere. With good design, it can receive and transfer the signal in 1000M. It can be used in a building with serval floors and with many customer rooms.

Restaurant Pager (RP)

Restaurant Pager is for receiving the calling signal from the Restaurant Paging Button transferred by the Restaurant Paging Server. It should be carried by waiter. Each Restaurant Pager can receive up to 200 Restaurant Paging Button signals. It also can be dispatched by the Restaurant Paging Server Controller.

Restaurant Paging Server Controller (RPSC)

Wireless Restaurant Paging Server Controller is for dispatching calling request to Restaurant Pagers. It should be operated by reception or supervisor. they can use the controller to dispatch the waiter to serve the specified customer.

Restaurant Paging Button

Restaurant Paging Button should be placed at the customer table or customer room. You can place the menu or advertisement in the menu stand. With external antenna, it can transfer long distance signal.

You can arrange the system in three modes: Multiple Restaurant Paging Buttons to One Restaurant Pager; One Restaurant Paging Button to Multiple Restaurant Pagers; Multiple Restaurant Paging Buttons to Multiple Restaurant Pagers.

All Restaurant Paging Button signals will be received by one Restaurant Pager.

Two or more Restaurant Pagers can be used at same time without conflict. You can set waiters to serve in different floor, the calling signals will be sent to its corresponding waiter.

The Restaurant Paging Server is the control center of the whole system. Normally, the internal settings will be set as your request before sending out. With the computer, you can also set the association between the wireless service Restaurant Paging Buttons and the Restaurant Pager by yourself. It is very easy to operate. The control module is well designed for long distance work. The signal transmitting between 5 more floors can be exact received and transferred to the Restaurant Pager.
